Spread the love

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 300 g salmon
  • 200 g cherry tomatoes
  • 300 g herb cream cheese
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 500 g spaghetti or tagliatelle pasta
  • some rapeseed oil or olive oil
  • possibly cream or crème fraîche

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

First, finely chop the garlic (do not press). Then fry it briefly in the pan. Cut the salmon into strips and fry it briefly. Then add the cream cheese. If the sauce is too dry or there’s not enough cream or crème fraîche, add a little more cream or crème fraîche. Then cut the cherry tomatoes in half, stir them into the sauce, and heat until hot (careful, tomatoes cook very quickly). In the meantime, cook the pasta until tender.
