Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500g spaghetti
- 1 can/n tomatoes, peeled
- 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
- 1 onion(s), diced
- 1 can of tuna in oil
- salt and pepper
- 15 capers
- oregano
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Cook the spaghetti as usual. Sauté the onion, add the tuna, garlic, and capers. Chop the canned tomatoes into small pieces and remove the stems. Add the tomatoes and their juices and season. Pour in a little pasta water (about a ladleful) and let the sauce reduce slightly. When it has the right consistency and the pasta is done, drain the pasta and immediately toss it with the sauce.
