Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 ml milk
- 150 g strawberries (frozen)
- 50 ml white rum
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- 30 g sugar
- 2 pinches of cayenne pepper
- 1 pinch of salt
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes

Heat approximately 50 ml of milk along with the sugar, vanilla sugar, and salt in a small saucepan until the sugar has dissolved. Chill the resulting sugar syrup in the refrigerator. Purée the frozen strawberries with half of the milk in a blender. Add the remaining ingredients and blend until well blended and no strawberry chunks remain.
