Falafel with Salad

The perfect falafel with salad recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 160 g Falafel mix
  • 250 ml Water hot
  • 1 tbsp Chopped parsley
  • 2 Lettuce hearts
  • 1 bunch Fresh radishes
  • 150 ml Salad dressing
  • 1 tsp Harisa spice
  • 2 tbsp Rapeseed oil
  • Salt
  1. Stir falafel mix (ready-made product; on the delicatessen shelf) into 250 ml of boiling water and let it swell for about 20 minutes and stir in the pettersilie.
  2. Using moistened hands, form 6 cookies or balls from the mixture. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the falafel on each side for about 8 minutes until crispy.
  3. Wash and clean the lettuce and radishes. Tear the lettuce smaller. Cut the radishes into thin slices. Mix the salad dressing with the harissa, season with salt. Mix the salad with the radishes and dressing, arrange on plates with falafel and serve.
