Mushroom pan with turkey

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g turkey breast (turkey goulash)
  • 2 large garlic cloves, peeled and diced
  • 2 tsp chicken seasoning
  • 250 g leek, washed, cut into rings
  • 400 g mushrooms, brown, quartered
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • Herbs of Provence
  • 2 tbsp crème fraîche, or crème légère
  • some chili pepper(s), dried and crumbled

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Marinate the meat with garlic and chicken seasoning for about 30 minutes. Then sear quickly and until hot, remove from the pan, season with salt and pepper, and sprinkle with chili. Add the leeks and mushrooms to the pan, season with salt, pepper, and Provençal herbs, and sear for about 10 minutes. Return the meat to the pan, stir in the crème fraîche, and heat through. Serve with rosemary potatoes.
