Gyros soup

Ingredients for 10 servings:

  • 1 kg gyros meat
  • 3 cups of cream
  • 3 bags of soup (onion soup)
  • 1 bottle of Hungarian-style paprika sauce
  • 1 bottle of chili sauce
  • 1 can of corn
  • 3 bell peppers, colored

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 10 hours; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes; Total time approx. 11 hours 35 minutes

The day before, brown the gyros thoroughly and marinate them in cream overnight. The next day, cook the onion soup according to the instructions and add it to the soup. Chop the bell peppers and gradually add them along with the other ingredients. Cook for about 1/2 hour, until everything is well-seasoned. The soup is very filling, so this recipe serves 10 people.
