Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 350 g raspberries (frozen)
- ½ liter buttermilk
- some powdered sugar or honey
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
Place the frozen raspberries in a blender and puree with the buttermilk. Sweeten to taste with a little powdered sugar or honey and pour into glasses. Serve immediately while it’s still nice and cold.
