Melon à la Creme

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 banana(s)
  • 400 g melon(s) (watermelon pulp)
  • 150 g natural yogurt
  • 1 pinch of cinnamon
  • Mint or lemon balm leaves for garnishing

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Puree the fruit, blend it vigorously with the yogurt in a blender, season with cinnamon, mix well again, pour into glasses, and garnish. If serving the “Melon a la Creme” as a dessert, use 2 bananas, 400 g watermelon pulp, and 300 g yogurt, sweetening with a little sugar if desired. Dessert serves 4.
