Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 half mango(s) (canned)
- ½ liter milk (whole milk)
- 4 scoops of ice cream (vanilla)
- 4 tbsp cream, whipped
- 2 tsp pistachios, chopped
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Puree the mango halves and whole milk and blend thoroughly. Pour into highball glasses, add ice, and top with whipped cream. Sprinkle with pistachios and serve immediately. Add a straw and a spoon.
