Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 150 g raspberries
- 200 ml buttermilk
- 3 tbsp spelt flakes
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp sugar, brown
Instructions

Wash the raspberries and pat them dry. Puree them with buttermilk, spelt flakes, and lemon juice. Serve the drink with sugar.
