Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 150 g raspberries
  • 200 ml buttermilk
  • 3 tbsp spelt flakes
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp sugar, brown

Instructions

Wash the raspberries and pat them dry. Puree them with buttermilk, spelt flakes, and lemon juice. Serve the drink with sugar.
