Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 400 g beef tartare
- 1 small onion(s)
- 1 clove(s) garlic
- 4 egg yolks
- n. B. Salt
- n. B. Pepper, black from the mill
- 1 tbsp capers, chopped
- 1 tsp, crushed paprika powder, sweet
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes
Place the tartar in a bowl, add the very finely chopped onion and garlic, the egg yolk, and the finely chopped capers. Season well with salt, pepper, and paprika. Mix everything well and let it stand for 30 minutes. Serve with fresh bread.
