Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 beetroot bulbs
  • ½ cucumber(s), peeled
  • 4 m.-large tomato(s), peeled
  • 1 dashes Tabasco
  • Celery salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Chop the ingredients (I would choose pre-peeled beetroot) and place them in a food processor. Be sure to add the beetroot juice and blend everything thoroughly. Add salt to taste.
