Strawberry shake

Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 100 ml soy milk (soy drink), light
  • 120 g strawberries, fresh or frozen
  • 1 dashes sweetener, liquid

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

low in calories, tasty, refreshing, even for lactose intolerance

Wash the strawberries, remove the stems, and then puree them. Add the soy milk, mix well, and season with liquid sweetener to taste. If you prefer a berry flavor, feel free to use more strawberries, and leaving a few pieces will actually help you feel full. It can be combined with any fresh (or frozen) fruit, although my personal favorite is fresh strawberries or a banana. The calories listed are for the drink with fresh strawberries and may need to be adjusted for other fruits—although this is only a guideline, as calorie information for fruit is an average.
