Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 2 onions
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 bunch of parsley
- 1 dash of olive oil
- 1 dashes lemon juice
- 2 cans of sardines in oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes
Finely chop the onions, garlic, and parsley and place them in a bowl. Add the sardines and oil and mix everything with a fork, breaking up the sardines as you go. Season with salt, pepper, and lemon juice. Then add the olive oil and stir well. Cover with cling film and refrigerate for at least 1 hour. This dish goes perfectly with baguette, toast, or fresh bread.
