Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 kg fish (haddock or cod)
- 1 tbsp salt
- 1 pinch(s) of pepper
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp parsley, finely chopped
- 40 g butter
- 2 tbsp sour cream
- 15 g cheese, grated
- 1 tbsp breadcrumbs
Instructions
Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Season the fish with salt and pepper and drizzle with lemon juice. Place on a platter to marinate for about 15-20 minutes. Brush an ovenproof dish with butter and place the fish pieces in it. Top with parsley, cheese, sour cream, breadcrumbs, and pieces of butter. Bake in the oven at 160°C (top and bottom heat) for about 20 minutes. Parsley potatoes are the best accompaniment.
