Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 400 g salmon, frozen
- 2 bell peppers, red, chopped
- 8 large mushrooms
- 2 tbsp butter
- 8 tbsp cream
- 2 tsp broth, granulated
- 2 tsp curry
- 2 tsp dill
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Thaw the fish and cut into cubes, fry in butter, add the peppers and mushrooms, and sauté for 10 minutes. Season with cream and spices.
