Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 lamb chops (100 – 125 g each)
  • some pepper
  • some flavoring
  • some salt
  • 1 small onion(s)
  • 150 g chanterelles (can)
  • ⅛ liter sour cream
  • 1 tbsp parsley, chopped
  • 2 tbsp oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Sprinkle the lamb chops with pepper and aromatic seasoning, sear in hot oil for about three minutes on each side, season with salt, remove, and keep warm on a preheated platter. Finely dice the onions, sauté in hot oil, and add the drained chanterelles. Drizzle with sour cream, season the vegetables to taste, and stuff the chanterelles onto the lamb chops. Sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve. Serve with risotto or mashed potatoes and tomato salad.
