Spread the love

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 200 g cream cheese, grainy
  • 3 eggs, hard-boiled
  • 1 spring onion(s)
  • 1 tsp mustard, medium hot
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 pinch(s) of pepper
  • 1 pinch(s) curry powder
  • some dressing (Sylter dressing)

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

simple, vegetarian, without mayonnaise, with Sylt dressing

Peel and dice the eggs. Place them in a bowl with the cream cheese. Add the sliced spring onions and mustard. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and curry powder and mix well. Finally, stir in a little Sylt dressing, but don’t let the salad become too runny. The dressing only adds a little extra flavor; it should not be the dominant flavor. Note from the Chefkoch.de recipe editor: Since many people have reported that 1 teaspoon of salt is too much, we’ve reduced the amount to 1/2 teaspoon. Add more if necessary.
