Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 3 eggs, hard-boiled
  • 1 tbsp, heaped sour cream
  • 1 ½ tbsp, heaped mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp, heaped Dijon mustard
  • e.g. Dill, finely chopped
  • some salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder, hot

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

delicious and easy to make

In a bowl, combine the sour cream, mayonnaise, and mustard. Season with salt, pepper, and paprika. Add the finely chopped dill and mix. Peel and halve the eggs, remove the yolks, and finely dice them. Mix with the mayo and sour cream mixture until smooth. Cut the egg whites into bite-sized pieces and fold in. Tip: Let it sit in the refrigerator for a better flavor.
