Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 3 eggs
- 2 tsp sour cream
- 1 tsp creamed horseradish
- Salt
- n. B. chives
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Hard-boil the eggs as usual, then peel them. Finely chop them with sour cream and creamed horseradish, and season with salt. Stir in the chives. Tips: I like topping this spread with tomatoes. You can also use spring onions instead of chives.
