Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 250 g butter or margarine
- 250 g sugar
- 1 tbsp vanilla sugar
- 3 eggs
- 300 g flour
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- 100 g almonds, ground or hazelnuts
- ½ tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 3 banana(s), ripe
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Mix all ingredients into a batter. Peel the bananas and mash them with a fork. Fold in. Pour the batter into a greased and floured ring pan. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 60 minutes. It will keep well.
