For the dough, mix butter, sugar, and egg. Fold in the remaining ingredients. Place the dough on a baking sheet and bake at 200°C for about 30 minutes. Cream: Cook the cream for 2 hours and then mix with butter. After baking, cut out circles or cut them out with a glass. Finely crumble any leftovers. Spread the cream all over the circles and roll them in the crumbs.
