Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 200 g raspberries, frozen or fresh
- ½ liter of milk
- 4 tbsp powdered sugar
- ice cubes
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Thaw the raspberries in a saucepan over low heat, do not boil, and sprinkle with 4 tablespoons of powdered sugar. Press the lukewarm raspberries through a sieve. Mix the milk and raspberry puree well. Fill two glasses halfway with raspberry milk and add ice cubes.
