Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 banana(s), ripe
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 250 ml milk
  • ½ lemon(s), squeezed
  • possibly cream
  • 2 scoops of ice cream (vanilla ice cream)
  • lemon juice
  • Sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Break the banana into pieces and place it in a blender. Add the sugar, lemon juice, and milk, possibly with cream, and blend vigorously. Turn the glasses upside down onto a plate with lemon juice. Then dip them in the sugar. Carefully pour in the banana milk and top with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
