Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g pasta
- 1 large can of tomatoes, peeled, approx. 800 g
- n. B. vegetables, e.g. white cabbage and zucchini
- Oil for frying
- salt and pepper
- basil
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Cook the pasta as usual and drain. Cut the white cabbage into chunks and the zucchini into slices, then halve these again. Heat the oil in a pan. Fry the white cabbage and zucchini. Then add the peeled tomatoes, bring to a boil, and season with salt, pepper, and basil. Serve with the pasta. You can change the vegetables as desired.
