Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 250 g pasta
  • 125 g Roma tomatoes
  • ¼ watermelon(s)
  • 1 ball of mozzarella
  • e.g. basil
  • e.g. Parmesan, freshly grated
  • salt and pepper
  • olive oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Summery fresh

Cook the pasta in salted water according to the package instructions and then rinse in cold water. Meanwhile, chop the melon, tomatoes, and mozzarella. Pick, wash, and chop the basil leaves. Mix everything together and season with salt, pepper, Parmesan cheese, and olive oil.
