Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 3 apples, peeled and thinly sliced
- 2 m.-sized eggs
- 40 g xylitol (sugar substitute)
- 20 g butter, melted
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 pinch(s) of vanilla flavoring or almond flavoring
- 100 ml plant milk (plant drink)
- 100 g buckwheat flour, pure
- Cinnamon powder
Instructions

Apple pie – simple, healthy, clean eating, low-carb
Preheat the oven to 175°C. Soak the apple slices in lemon water to prevent oxidation. Whisk together the eggs, sugar, butter, salt, flavoring, and cinnamon, if desired. Add the milk and mix well. Add the buckwheat flour until a pancake-like consistency is achieved. Drain the apple slices well and carefully mix them into the batter. Pour into a lined loaf pan. Bake for 1 hour. Let the cake cool, then refrigerate, or enjoy immediately.
