Spread the love

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 pork chops
  • 5 tbsp mustard, medium hot
  • 4 tbsp oil
  • 2 onions
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • ¼ liter white wine
  • ⅛ liter sweet cream
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Spread the chops thinly with mustard, season with salt, and pepper. Oil the ovenproof tray (or a similarly sized casserole dish) and place the chops on it. Peel and chop the onions and garlic, mix with the remaining oil, and spread over the meat. Cook in a preheated oven at 225°C for about 15 minutes. Then mix the wine with the remaining mustard and pour over the chops. After another 10 minutes of cooking, deglaze the sauce with the cream, season to taste, and pour over the finished chops. We serve it with mashed potatoes and a green salad.
