Spread the love

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 4 potatoes
  • 150 g ham (leg ham)
  • 1 bell pepper(s)
  • 1 tomato(s)
  • 200 g cheese for raclette
  • 1 can of corn
  • 100 g bacon

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

with potatoes

The most important thing is that you need a raclette device. One with a hot plate on top and pans underneath to slide into! Boil the potatoes with their skins in water until they are tender. Then you can peel the potatoes or cut them into 2-4 cm thick slices with the skin on. Before you put the potatoes in the pans as a base, you can fry them briefly on top of the hot plate until crispy. Then you add the ingredients you like to taste (the ingredients I used are listed above, but you can always use others). Finally, you add the raclette cheese on top and wait until the cheese is golden brown. Then serve on a plate. This is actually a meal for a large group of people (about 6). Great for parties or family gatherings! Tip: You can of course also fry the ham and bacon until crispy!
