Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 cl rum, Havana Club, 3 years old
  • ½ cl liqueur (Limoncello)
  • ½ cl passion fruit juice
  • 2 cl orange juice (direct juice or freshly squeezed)
  • 6 cl sparkling wine (Prosecco)

Instructions

Working time approx. 3 minutes; Total time approx. 3 minutes

Glass: Champagne glass, pre-chilled (i.e., immersed in water and stored in the freezer). Shake all ingredients except the Prosecco, pour into the glass, and top up with Prosecco. No garnish required.
