Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 kg chicken breast fillet(s)
- 1 jar asparagus, or fresh asparagus (in season)
- 1 cup of cream
- 250 ml Hollandaise sauce, homemade or ready-made product
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Oven recipe
Place the fillets in a baking dish, cut the asparagus into pieces, and scatter them over the fillets. Mix the hollandaise sauce with the cup of cream and pour over the fillets. Bake in the oven at 175°C for about 30 minutes (45 minutes if the fillets are still frozen). Serve with aromatic rice and a crisp salad or broccoli.
