Lamb's lettuce with mozzarella and mandarins

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 400 g lamb’s lettuce
  • 250g mozzarella
  • 10 cocktail tomatoes
  • 1 can of tangerine(s)
  • 3 tbsp sunflower seeds
  • 5 tbsp rapeseed oil
  • 1 ½ tbsp Aceto balsamico, white
  • 1 tbsp, heaped mustard, medium hot (e.g. Monschauer mustard, original recipe)
  • 50 ml cream
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Trim, wash, and spin dry the lamb’s lettuce, then place it in a salad bowl. Cut the mozzarella and tomatoes into pieces and add them to the salad along with the canned mandarin oranges. Sprinkle with sunflower seeds. For the dressing, combine the oil with vinegar, mustard, and cream. Season with salt and pepper, and pour the dressing over the salad. Mix everything well. Serve with baked Camembert with cranberries, cheese spaetzle with onions, or herb bread.
