Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 bananas, large, firm
  • 1 tbsp butter, soft
  • 3 tbsp Parmesan, freshly grated
  • white bread

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Banana pasta with cheese

Peel the bananas and mash them with a fork. Mix with butter and cheese. Slice the white bread and toast until golden brown. Serve with the banana paste.
