Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 2 cup(s) peas
- 3 liters of water
- 4 tbsp butter
- 125 g cream cheese
- 200 g cooked ham
- salt and pepper
- Parsley
Instructions

Chicaros a la crema with jamon
Wash the peas and boil them in water until the liquid has reduced by half. Add the butter, salt, and pepper. Purée in a blender, then stir in the cream cheese. Sprinkle with parsley and sliced ham when serving.
