Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 200g tofu
- 1 tbsp seasoning paste (miso – soybean paste)
- 2 garlic cloves (crushed)
- 1 tbsp yeast flakes
- 2 tbsp oil (soybean oil)
- 1 tbsp thyme
- 1 tbsp oregano
- ½ tbsp savory
- 1 tsp mustard (Dijon)

Soak thyme, oregano, and savory (fresh or dried) in soybean oil for about half an hour to enhance the flavor. Add all the other ingredients and blend into a paste using a hand blender or mixer—delicious! Miso is a soybean-based seasoning paste and, like nutritional yeast, is available at organic stores.
