Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 250 g celery
- 2 small pears
- 150 g mozzarella (mini)
- ½ bunch basil, cut into strips
- 2 tbsp pistachios, coarsely chopped
- 1 tsp mustard
- 1 tsp curry powder
- 3 tbsp white wine vinegar
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 tbsp broth
- 1 tsp honey
- e.g. chili flakes
- n. B. Pepper, from the mill
- n. B. Salt
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Fresh small meal
For the dressing, whisk all ingredients thoroughly. Thinly slice the celery. Quarter the unpeeled pears, remove the cores, and slice them. Place both in a bowl along with the mozzarella balls and basil and immediately toss with the dressing. Arrange the salad on two plates and sprinkle with the nuts.
