an unusual and tasty starter!

An unusual and delicious appetizer! Wash and quarter the strawberries, dice the mozzarella, and pick the basil leaves. Spread the washed lettuce leaves on a platter or large plate, then arrange the strawberries and mozzarella cubes decoratively on top. Mix a dressing from strawberry balsamic vinegar, argan oil, and a pinch of salt and drizzle over the salad. Sprinkle the basil leaves on top and finish with a grind of black pepper. Serve with fresh baguette or ciabatta bread. Tip: You can, of course, substitute other types of vinegar or oil. Almond, hazelnut, or walnut oil are equally good, or use white balsamic vinegar instead of the strawberry vinegar.
