Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 400 g cheese (butter cheese or Edam)
  • 200 g cooked ham
  • 500 g blue, seedless grapes
  • 500 g grapes, green, seedless
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 pinch(s) of sugar
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 8 hours; Total time approx. 8 hours 20 minutes

Dice the cheese and ham. Halve the grapes. Gently mix everything in a bowl with the sour cream. Season with sugar, salt, and pepper. Refrigerate overnight and enjoy the next day. Simply delicious, also perfect for grilling.
