Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 200 g cottage cheese or light cream cheese
- n. B. Sweetener, liquid
- n. B. Cinnamon powder
- 1 shot of water or milk
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
Low carb, low calorie and low fat
Mix all ingredients together. You don’t need to add water or milk; it just makes it a little creamier. Be careful not to add too much, or it will become too runny.
