Ingredients for 8 servings:

  • 1 jar celery, diced
  • 1 can of corn
  • 1 can pineapple, diced as small as possible, juice collected
  • 200 g cooked ham, cut into thin strips
  • 5 eggs, hard-boiled, sliced
  • 2 leeks, cut into wafer-thin strips
  • 1 jar salad cream (Miracle Whip balance)
  • 100 g Gouda, grated

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest period approx. 1 day; Total time approx. 1 day 20 minutes

Layer the ingredients in a bowl in the order shown above. Blend the Miracle Whip with the pineapple juice until smooth and pour over the ingredients. Sprinkle with the cheese and refrigerate for 24 hours. Tip: If you don’t like it too sweet, you can also use the corn syrup. 290 kcal per serving
