Spread the love

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 350 g minced meat
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 clove(s) garlic
  • 2 pts. Tomato puree
  • 500 ml broth
  • 1 bag of rice
  • 1 cup of cream
  • Spice(s) (Maggi)
  • some mustard
  • salt and pepper
  • tsp basil
  • tsp oregano
  • tsp thyme
  • n. B. Beans

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Pre-cook the rice (not too soft, it will continue to cook). Brown the minced meat in hot oil until crumbly, then add the onions and garlic and fry. Season with salt and pepper. Deglaze with the stock. Add the tomatoes, beans, and mustard. Season with spices, basil, oregano, and thyme. Simmer gently for about 15 minutes, then add the rice from the bag and let stand on very low heat for another 5 minutes. Stir in the cup of cream. The soup tastes best when cooked the day before, so the spices can develop better. Add the rice while reheating.
