Chocolate banana muffins

Ingredients for 12 servings:

  • 120 g butter, soft
  • 80 g sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 200 g flour
  • ½ pack of baking powder
  • 1 packet of vanilla pudding powder
  • 1 cup milk
  • 80 g dark chocolate, coarsely chopped
  • 1 m.-large banana(s), ripe

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 12 minutes; Total time approx. 22 minutes

Combine the sugar and softened butter, add the vanilla sugar, and then beat in the eggs one at a time and whisk. Combine the flour with the vanilla pudding powder and baking powder. Stir the previously mixed butter, egg, and sugar mixture into the flour, alternating with the milk. Mash the banana with a fork and stir it into the batter by hand, along with the coarsely chopped chocolate. I baked the muffins in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius (top/bottom heat) for 12 minutes. Then turn off the oven and let them cool with the door open. This mixture made enough for 12 muffins.
