Strawberry Frappé

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 500 g strawberries
  • 500 g natural yogurt
  • 1 kg strawberry ice cream
  • 1 shot of milk

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Remove the green leaves and wash the strawberries. Place the strawberries in a blender. Add a splash of milk to the blender and blend for about 3 minutes. Then add 500g of yogurt and blend briefly. Finally, add the strawberry ice cream to the blender and blend briefly; there should be no crunching sound. Transfer to suitable containers and garnish with a straw and a strawberry, if desired.
