Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Bring water to a boil with 20 ml of lemon juice. Clean the mushrooms and quarter them, depending on their size. Blanch them briefly in the lemon water and then rinse them with cold water. Wash the crabs and place them in a bowl. Mix in the mushrooms. Dice the tomatoes. If you don’t like the skin and seeds, you can also blanch the tomatoes in hot water, peel them, and remove the seeds. Cut the salmon ham into thin strips. Add the tomatoes and salmon ham to the bowl with the crabs and mushrooms. For the marinade, mix together the mayonnaise, curry ketchup, and cream. Season to taste with lemon juice, salt, pepper, sugar, and chili powder. Add to the crabs and mix gently. Serve the prawn cocktail.
