Lamb's lettuce with tomatoes in a fine yogurt-mustard dressing

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 250 g lamb’s lettuce
  • 2 beefsteak tomatoes
  • 100 g yogurt
  • 1 tbsp, heaped mustard
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 tsp herbs (salad herbs), dried or fresh
  • ½ tsp salt
  • some pepper, if you like
  • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tbsp walnut oil
  • n. B. Water or milk to extend

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

In a fine yogurt-mustard dressing

Trim and thoroughly wash the lamb’s lettuce. Wash the beefsteak tomatoes and slice or dice them. For the dressing, combine all ingredients and season to taste. If desired, add a little water or milk to thicken the dressing. Place the tomatoes on plates, arrange the lamb’s lettuce on top, and pour the dressing over the tomatoes.
