Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 125 ml almond milk (almond drink), unsweetened
  • 300 g oat flakes
  • 3 tbsp, heaped oat flour
  • 3 tbsp, heaped protein powder, e.g. vanilla, chocolate, etc.
  • 1 egg(s)
  • e.g. Stevia or other sweeteners
  • 125 g butter

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes

First, melt the butter in the microwave, then mix it with the oats and let it cool briefly. Meanwhile, whisk the scrambled egg with the protein powder, almond milk, and stevia until no lumps remain. Then mix it with the oats and butter. Taste for sweetness. If not, add more sweetener. Place small mounds on the baking sheet and flatten with a spoon or your fingers. Place the baking sheet in the oven at 175 degrees Celsius and bake for about 20 minutes.
