Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 250 g mushrooms, fresh
- 80 ml olive oil
- 1 ½ tsp salt
- 1 small garlic clove(s), crushed
- 1 lemon(s)
- 1 tsp thyme or herbs de Provence
- 500 g spaghetti or tagliatelle or linguine
- salt water
- 1 bunch parsley, chopped
- 3 tbsp Parmesan, freshly grated
- Pepper from the mill
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Thinly slice the mushrooms and add them to a bowl with oil, salt, garlic, thyme, and lemon juice. Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente, drain, and don’t let it dry too long. Quickly add the pasta to the bowl with the mushroom mixture. Mix everything thoroughly. Add the parsley, cheese, and pepper, and mix again. Enjoy quickly.
