Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 4 cups flour
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 4 m.-sized eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup oil
  • Fruits of your choice

Combine 4 cups of flour, 2 cups of sugar, 1 packet of vanilla sugar, and 1 packet of baking powder in a bowl with a lid and shake briefly. Add 4 eggs, 1 cup of milk, and 1 cup of oil to the bowl and shake vigorously for 2-3 minutes. Transfer the batter to a baking sheet and top with fruit (e.g., morello cherries, peaches, pineapple, etc.). Canned fruit is better for this, as it contains more water. Bake for about 30 minutes at 200°C. Check your oven’s power. Feel free to add whipped cream, additional fruit, or crumbles.
