Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 3 chicken breast fillets
- Salt
- Cayenne pepper
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- 2 bell peppers, red and green
- 1 onion(s)
- 100 ml olive oil
- 80 g Cheddar cheese, grated
- 80 g mozzarella, grated
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 5 minutes
Place the chicken breast fillets side by side in a baking dish and season generously with salt, cayenne pepper, and cumin. Cut the vegetables into sticks and cover the chicken with them. Drizzle the ingredients with olive oil and scatter the two cheeses on top. Finally, bake the dish in the oven at 180°C (350°F) for 45 minutes. Rice goes well with this dish.
